After I had decided to file bankruptcy I started looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney. My first stop was my local yellow pages, I found that there were plenty of lawyers listed but no real way to tell who was the best. I also got letters in the mail from attorneys as they learned of impending forclosures in the paper.

Never thought I would be writing this, but here I am going through bankruptcy. It’s been a long road to this point filled with stress, torment and in the end relief.

I want to document the process and hopefully help some of you out there going through the same thing. It’s always easier to go through something if you know others face the same issues your are going through.

I guess I will start with why I am here and go through the different emotions and stages of bankruptcy in later posts.
